Game Dates is a B2B platform designed strictly for authorized coaching, operations, and administrative staff of subscriber institutions. The app is not intended for the general public or individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Account & Profile Data: Email address, first and last name, job title, affiliated institution, and optional phone number. Email address is used for passwordless magic-link authentication.

Scheduling & Application Activity: Published open dates, game preferences, interest signals, added games, and internal program notes.

In-App Communications: Messages, inquiries, and connection requests sent to other institutions.

Device & Push Tokens: Device push notification tokens generated via Expo, if permitted by your device settings.

Diagnostics & Performance: Crash logs, error traces, operating system details, device model, and app version collected via Sentry. Diagnostic reports reference an anonymized internal user identifier rather than your name or email.

Basic Usage Logs: App launches, timestamp data, and core feature usage required for system stability and user support.

We do not collect location data, contact books, photo libraries, or advertising identifiers, nor do we deploy third-party advertising trackers.

Information within Game Dates is shared selectively based on platform functionality. Connected institutions may see your name, job title, and institutional affiliation. Email addresses and phone numbers are disclosed only after a mutual schedule match or connection is established. Published open dates and schedule criteria are visible to logged-in, verified users across the network; no program data is indexed or publicly accessible on the open web.

Service Providers: Supabase, Postmark, Expo, Sentry, and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store act as trusted processors. All data is stored and processed on servers located within the United States.

We retain personal data for as long as your institution maintains an active agreement with us and you remain an authorized user. You may delete your account in the app via Profile → Delete My Account, or email schedule@gamedatesathletics.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Deleting your account permanently removes your authentication credentials and personal profile details. Institutional scheduling records, posted open dates, and historical messages remain attached to your athletic program, with attribution updated to “Former Staff.”

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You can update your profile in the app settings. For formal requests, contact schedule@gamedatesathletics.com. You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and providing an in-app notice or email notification.
